If you have any questions, please contact us at enquiries@theco-ord.co.uk.
The Co-Ord provides day-of coordination services for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations and cultural ceremonies. Our services include pre-event preparation, vendor liaison, timeline management and on-the-day coordination as outlined in your individual booking agreement.
The specific scope of services for your event will be confirmed in writing as part of your booking. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which we will discuss with you in advance.
To secure your booking, you must pay a deposit as specified in your quote. Your booking is not confirmed until we have received your deposit and sent you a written confirmation.
A deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be specified in your individual quote. Deposits are non-refundable except in the circumstances outlined in the cancellation section below.
The remaining balance is due as specified in your booking agreement. We accept payments via our secure online payment system, powered by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
In exceptional circumstances (such as bereavement, serious illness or government-imposed restrictions), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or credit towards a future event. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking (for example, due to illness or an emergency), we will provide a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit. We will make every reasonable effort to find a suitable replacement coordinator if possible.
If you need to change your event date, we will do our best to accommodate the new date. Date changes are subject to availability. If we are unable to accommodate your new date, the cancellation terms above will apply.
